We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best and are seeking a talented, creative, and client-focused hair stylist to join our dynamic team.The key is creating an environment where everyone including our stylists feel seen, connected, and supported.
Job Type: We offer Full-Time/Part-Time
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional hair care services, including cuts, coloring, styling, blow-drying, extensions and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert recommendations for styles and colors.
Stay current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and hair products to expand service offerings and attract clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment in accordance with salon protocols and state regulations.
Effectively manage your schedule and appointments.
What We're Looking For:
A valid cosmetology or barber license.
Proven experience in hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and various styling techniques.(Willing to train with stylists and learn from others to provide exceptional services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen to and satisfy clients.
A creative, artistic, and innovative approach to hairstyling.
Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
