The Cobbler.LA is now interviewing for a Retail and Service Manager at our Flagship first store location launching soon in Chicago. We are looking for one special candidate to fill this position. Management and commission sales experience is preferred. Our ideal manager candidate is a people person who loves to help others, someone who likes to have fun at work and is motivated to achieve goals. We are also looking for someone who is creative and loves to make clients look and feel their best using our innovative shoe cleaning and retail approach. Experience
Proven experience in retail management or service operations is required.
Strong background in sales management with an emphasis on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management is essential.
Experience in product sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
Administrative skills are necessary for managing day-to-day operations effectively.
