Qualifications of the candidate include:
- Experience in either residential or commercial markets are welcome.
- Minimum 3 years experience required
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of air conditioning and heating systems, including diagnostics, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Able to work in a consistently busy environment while maintaining attention to details.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Able to maintain relationships with customers explaining technical issues in layman terms.
