We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drywaller, Tiler, and Painter to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial projects, with a demonstrated ability to complete high-quality work efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Install, tape, and finish drywall to a high standard
- Perform precise and professional tile installation, including floor, wall, and backsplash work
- Apply interior and exterior paint with clean lines and proper finishing techniques
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized
- Follow project timelines and communicate progress effectively with team leads
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drywall, tiling (minimum 7 years preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own tools relevant to the trade(s)
- Must speak english and be able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Punctuality and professionalism are essential
- Must be willing to take responsibility and be held accountable for their own work and any mistakes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on both commercial and residential construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Flexible and adaptable to various job site environments
