This role will support our Sales & Operations staff. The Roofing Project Manager will coordinate and carry out project from inception to conclusion, including supporting the preparation of customer estimates, supporting / partial handling of insurance claims, permitting, material coordination and the scheduling with clients and subcontractors. This role will work closely with our sales team, office support staff, repair division and subcontractors.

Job responsibilities include:

· Visiting customer home sites with our lead sales executive to gather proper information for job specifications.

· Preparation of job estimate for homeowner and insurance companies.

· Supporting / partial handling of insurance claims, this includes tracking status of insurance claim along with communicating with insurance company, homeowner, and sales team.

· Order materials, log and maintain job records, cost, and changes in excel.

· Coordinating and scheduling project activities with subcontractors, office, and Homeowner

· Communicating with the VP of Sales, Office Team and Homeowner on changes and additional needs

· Visiting and managing job the day of, including gathering additional job materials as needed and ensuring job goes smoothly.

· Walk through and thorough examination of job at completion including creating and maintaining punch lists and organizing clean up

· Completion of Job Cost and Invoice after completion of Job

· Working with our office manager and sales team to set daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure that jobs are completed effectively, efficiently and to the satisfaction of our customers.

· Organize and maintain truck and equipment maintenance, warehouse organization including keeping stock material replenished.

Qualifications:

· Industry Experience: 2 yr+ years within the construction industry plus experience in project management.

· Handling property insurance claims is preferred

· Must be able to multi task and have excellent time management and prioritization skills.

· Strong Communication Skills; Verbal & Written.

· Self-Starter & Self Sufficient: Must Be Able to Work Independently.

· Computer Skills; Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

· Problem Solver: Must have the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.

· Xactimate Knowledge is a Plus

This is a salaried position; compensation to be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary starting at $60,000.00 per year
