Buzz Home Pros is seeking a Roofing/ Siding Project Manager. The candidate we need is a very experienced individual that can lead field production efficiently while dealing in a professional manner with varied clientele. We need a personable and proactive team leader to own this position. This position will ensure projects are run efficiently, and within budget, while keeping our standard of professionalism.
A project manager needs to consistently inform staff of project details and evaluate the effectiveness of a project plan with employees to keep tasks completed in a timely manner. A great project manager is able to motivate and direct their team to ensure the delivery of a successful project.
Pay scales with experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Use project scope of work to determine and define the best plan to complete each task effectively.
Coordinate material procurement so materials are there when needed and running to get materials is kept to a minimum.
Manage production schedule and activities.
Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
Maintain quality execution and keep the job clean and orderly.
Coordinate efforts across the entire project between subcontractors.
Ability to anticipate problems and proactively come up with solutions.
Provide feedback to the owner/client regarding processes, procedures, and employee performance to improve our overall client experience.
Coordinate with independent subcontractors to efficiently manage our production schedule.
Coordinate with suppliers, ordering construction materials as needed.
Monitor the quality of all workmanship in detail.
Use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve construction issues.
Ensure all site policies are adhered to, especially safety and cleanliness standards.
Provide regular communication with homeowners to inform them of progress on their homes and build and maintain goodwill throughout the remodeling process.
Skills
Must possess deep expertise on standard siding and window installation.
Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for demanding clients.
Must have knowledge in:
Fiber Cement Siding
LP Siding
Vinyl Siding
Soffit, Fascia and Gutters
Vinyl, Clad and Fiberglass Windows
Basic computer proficiency required.
Qualifications for Siding Project Manager
Five plus years of experience in siding and window related construction.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Demonstrated knowledge of construction and architecture principles.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Professionalism in manner and attire.
Please have job related references ready if selected for an interview.
Willingness to travel to construction sites daily. This is a field management position.
Willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet production milestones.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
When needed you will be required to load and unload siding material.
