General Janitorial work
Steam Boiler & radiator maintenance
Carpentry; rough framing
Plumbing
Lite Electric
Painting, drywall, tile
Lawn care and snow removal
Locks and keys
Kitchen remodel, rehab
Some heavy lifting
Have own vehicle in good condition and valid
Illinois license
AND if you are non—smoker and semi—retired with no pets
