The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both commercial and residential electrical work, with a proven ability to perform tasks efficiently and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of commercial and residential electrical work, ensuring compliance with local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs.
- Identify and rectify issues that do not meet code requirements.
- Successfully pass rough and final inspections conducted by city inspectors.
- Think creatively to solve problems and overcome challenges on-site.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure project success.
- Be flexible with travel and adaptable to various work locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in commercial and residential electrical systems.

- Proven track record of passing city inspections.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must have own tools, including ladders, necessary to perform a wide range of electrical jobs.
