Qualifications for this position:

-1 year + Logistics & Dispatch Experience is a MUST
-Access to load boards of your own, use of our internal load board once trained, and our direct shipper boards
-Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills are essential
-Team Player and Problem-Solver are are qualities one must possess NO NEGATIVITY
-Negotiator & Closer attitude is a PLUS
-Knowledge, Understanding and Attention to current market standards
-WINNER mentality is a MUST
