DuPage Equipment is looking for an experienced and reliable Shop Clerk to help with ordering parts, managing work orders, managing inventory, and occasionally picking up parts. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Order parts and supplies
Manage work orders and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
Keep track of core charges and returns
Coordinate deliveries for parts
Track all parts and assign them to the appropriate equipment
Occasionally pick up parts from local suppliers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Basic knowledge of diesel truck parts
Strong organizational skills
Good communication skills
Valid driver's license
Bilingual in English and Spanish
