Channel Marketing Specialist

As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will be a key connector between our marketing and sales teams and our top wholesale customers in the outdoors business unit.  You will partner closely with channel customers—fabricators and dealers/repair and renovation segments—to understand their needs and collaboratively deliver thoughtful marketing solutions that support brand growth and long-term relationships.This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing support or customer-facing marketing roles—someone who enjoys building trust, supporting collaborative initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution across internal teams. Creativity is not required, but a willingness to listen, coordinate, and help others succeed is key.We’re looking for someone who can Think Fast, responding to customer needs with clarity and insight; Work It Together, building collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners; and Make the Hard Call, prioritizing projects that create the most impact for our customers and teams.What you will be doingServe as a trusted partner for key customers in the Doors business, working closely with fabricator and dealer/R&R segments to support their marketing needs.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, tailored marketing tools and programs that promote engagement and growth.Support the execution of dealer, builder, and contractor programs through coordination, communication, and a focus on delivering shared goals.Help implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company priorities.Work It Together across district teams and cross-functional partners to provide field marketing support.Think Fast by understanding what’s needed, when, and how to deliver it in a collaborative and effective way.Make the Hard Call by balancing timelines, budgets, and priorities to deliver the greatest customer and business value.Build supportive relationships with agency partners and vendors, managing deadlines and ensuring smooth execution.Monitor and report on marketing performance, using feedback and results to enhance future efforts.Contribute to broader marketing and sales team initiatives with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
