Channel Marketing Manager

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of channel marketing strategies to achieve B2B Security P&L objectives. You will be developing channel-specific marketing strategies, planning marketing campaigns, and managing marketing communications. You will be skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Brand, Digital, and Finance.  The ideal candidate is a service-driven, highly motivated, creative, and team-oriented professional with strong marketing expertise, an understanding of distribution channels, and insight into the buying journeyLocation:  Deerfield, IL - hybrid Tuesday, Wednesday, and ThursdayResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the B2B channel marketing strategy, managing the 4Ps to support channel objectives while ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholdersUnderstand business unit P&L objectives to make sound go-to-market recommendations to drive top and bottom-line growth.Collaborate with COE partners to coordinate key trade show and channel events and uncover new strategic opportunitiesFoster channel partner relationships and engagement through targeted training, sales enablement resources, and marketing campaignsDevelop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies to drive full funnel marketing supportCollaborate with sales, product management, and brand execution teams in the areas of:Growth initiativesProgram development and implementationCommercialization planning and executionResearch including competitive insights and recommendationsPresentations and training delivery on new and existing productsProvide input for brand and merchandising messaging to ensure they align with the overall channel strategy and drive the best possible customer experience within specific accountsDetermine platforms to ensure sales team has modern marketing tools & techniques to enable salesBuild and maintain channel expertise through field travel, attendance at industry events, competitive analysis and close collaboration with sales and business unit partners.Analyze market data, trends, preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies
