As the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing, you will guide and manage a team focused on developing and executing strategic, channel-specific marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, strengthen customer engagement, and drive growth across our well-known brands: Therma-Tru, Larson, Fiberon, Fypon, and Solar Innovations.You will foster collaboration across teams to develop and implement marketing programs that align with business priorities and create meaningful customer experiences across Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Menards, Wayfair, and Amazon. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.What you will be doingGuide, manage, and develop a high-performing team of 6 direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and strategic execution.Create and implement channel-specific marketing strategies, using research, insights, and data-driven decision-making to drive results.Enhance the omnichannel shopping experience, working closely with Digital/eBusiness teams to create seamless online and in-store engagement.Partner with Sales and Commercialization teams to develop marketing programs that support product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.Stay ahead of market trends, building and maintaining channel expertise through field travel, industry events, and competitive analysis.Manage the annual retail channel budget, ensuring smart resource allocation and continuously measuring ROI.Deliver compelling presentations and training, strengthening engagement with retail partners and internal teams.
