We need someone who can support local and field users in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. Located in Deerfield, Illinois, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary role.Role and Responsibilities:Visit Logistics:
Manage Lab visit registration and reporting.
Coordinate partner engagements and enhance customer experience.
Lead site tours and assist guests.
Coordinate large events with Marketing and Facilities.
Manage on-site vendors.
Site Management and Technical Support:
Oversee day-to-day operations and asset management.
Collaborate with partners for asset implementation and maintenance.
Procure assets and manage vendors.
Coordinate site maintenance and upgrades.
Technical Support:
Integrate technologies into the lab environment.
Provide training, maintenance, and support.
Conduct testing and validation of new technologies.
Maintain technical documentation and troubleshoot network and AV systems.
Act as a technical liaison for Oracle.
Requirements
Background and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
8 years of professional experience in network environments.
Strong project management and technical skills.
Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and attention to detail.
Key Technical Skills:
Systems Administration (PC/MAC, Linux/Unix), Networking.
AV Equipment (Crestron), Digital Media Administration.
