Description:Details/ Responsibilities Access/Identity Management within Azure AD (currently doesn’t have SSO within the environment and managing profiles for multiple applications) User Onboarding/Offboarding through Azure AD Role based provisioning/access through Azure AD (this is part of the roadmap that needs to be established) Monitoring/Auditing of the environment, roadmap still getting established Upgrade/Software Patch Management (working on integrating tool) Microsoft Suite/OS – build standard OS Images for desktops/laptops/servers Infrastructure (BIOS Patching) MS Intune Management CMMS/TBD FMS/TBDApplication Support Responsible for all application support troubleshooting and break/fix as it relates to:o Adobe Suiteo GoDaddy/WordPress/Bluehost/Intranet/MailChimpo Windows Operating Systemo Aspen Tech Hysyso ZoomInfrastructure/Network Support Desktop/Laptop/Workstation Server Physical/Virtual operational support, first server is being orders that has the capacity to run 6 or 7 virtual servers Print Infrastructure Network Switches/Routers/Firewall operational support
