Luxury Sales Manager

As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will represent and sell the luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products, building strong relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community. You will lead territory growth efforts by developing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring brand excellence across customer touchpoints.We value individuals who can Think Fast, making timely, informed decisions that deliver results and respond to evolving customer needs; Work It Together, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve challenges and grow the business; and Make the Hard Call, demonstrating accountability and clear judgment in pursuit of customer satisfaction and long-term brand success.Position location: This is a remote position ideally based out of the Chicago area, with territory coverage across Illinois and Wisconsin. The role requires overnight travel approximately 2–4 days per month. A company car, laptop, and mobile phone are provided to support your success in the field. What you will be doing:Serve as the key representative for House of Rohl and assigned product lines, managing all sales responsibilities within your designated territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with authorized showroom personnel, management, and ownership to meet and exceed sales targets, display goals, and training initiatives.Prospect and onboard new customers, including kitchen and bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, builders, designers, and other trade professionals.Engage with the specification community—architects, designers, builders, and hospitality clients—to promote and position House of Rohl products.Act as a solution-oriented resource for resolving territory issues in collaboration with Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Management, and Marketing teams.Ensure House of Rohl brand standards are maintained across showroom displays and customer presentations.Make strategic business development recommendations based on market insights and competitive analysis.Consistently meet or exceed sales budget targets and annual performance goals.​​​​​​​
