Digital Product Manager, Camping World

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager for Used Unit Acquisition. This role will oversee the entire process of acquiring used RV units, managing the development and optimization of our website applications, CRM systems, and performance metrics.What You’ll Do

End-to-End Management: Lead the full lifecycle of the used unit acquisition process, from sourcing and evaluating units to managing online listings and sales.

Website Applications: Collaborate with development teams to enhance website applications that facilitate the acquisition of used units

CRM Applications: Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM systems to streamline communication and improve tracking of leads, customer interactions, and sales metrics.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Measure and analyze the impact of acquisition strategies, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize processes. Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align goals and drive successful outcomes.

User Experience: Enhance the customer and dealership user journey by implementing feedback mechanisms and addressing pain points in the acquisition process.

What You’ll Need for the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management

Strong understanding of CRM systems and website applications.

Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
