We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team at Good Sam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of products that enhance the traveler’s experiences and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact solutions with results that can be measured.What You’ll Do:

Define and deliver a product strategy, roadmap, and release plan using agile principles, aligning with business and team objectives and key results (OKRs) and customer needs

Gather, articulate, and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Capture new feature requests and feedback, business requests, and solidify requirements with use cases and process flow charts

Work closely with design, engineering, and QA to define and prioritize product features, epics, and user stories in JIRA and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and strategic business expectations

Orchestrate and design data flows, process flows, architecture, and necessary artifacts needed to define strategy and delivery

Standardize product feature and user experience across all digital channels, and optimize product development processes to maximize efficiency and synergy

Define, develop, and monitor business impact and key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to measure success, leveraging data analysis skills to extract insights from large datasets and interpreting metrics trends, stakeholder feedback, and data patterns to inform product decisions

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of professional experience of software development methodologies with Agile.

From daily interactions to the craft of product management and the quality of the products we deliver, a commitment to excellence is essential.

Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.

Ability to build trust and influence through collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data science and analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, clearly defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to guide design and development teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights from complex data to drive informed product decisions to meet customer needs and drive measurable business outcomes.

Proven track record of delivering products that delivered business impact, passionate about working with other business partners to solve challenging issues together, with the ability to lead new initiatives with limited resources in a fast-paced environment.
