Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Manager with extensive knowledge in payroll processing and payroll tax compliance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise working with SAP Employee Central (EC) and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and working with a third-party payroll provider. This role requires a proactive leader who can work with our third-party provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable tax regulations.Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for all company employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Work with third-party provider to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and guidelines.
Collaborate with HR, Finance teams and third-party provider to maintain and improve payroll processes.
Lead the optimization of payroll systems, particularly SAP EC and SAP ECP.
Work closely with third-party payroll providers to ensure seamless coordination and accuracy.
Monitor and address payroll-related issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Supervise and mentor payroll team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations and adjust processes as necessary.
Apply global payroll knowledge to support international payroll requirements for inpats/expats.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of human resources experience
At least 2 years of management experience
OR
At least 10 years of human resouces experience
At least 2 years of management experience

Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of HR experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of payroll management experience, with a strong focus on payroll tax.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP EC and SAP ECP.
Experience working with third-party payroll providers.
Comprehensive understanding of payroll best practices and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience managing a remote team.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
