Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.As Training Specialist, you will investigate, evaluate, develop, and implement internal and external training programs to meet the changing and evolving needs of the Order Management Process (OMP) and E&T organization.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Identify, develop, and prioritize specialized system and/or process training needs to our global extended teams and business partners in OMP
Establish training program requirements and obtain support for these programs.
Serve as an instructor/facilitator of OMP training programs.
Coordinate and facilitate global manufacturing and internal staff training
Coordinate and facilitate global dealer training
Develop and distribute communications
Facilitate various internal and external surveys along with data analysis
Support ticket analysis and reporting

Training Operations: Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.
