We’re here for it. We think you should be too. We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as an Associate Marketing Manager, Vendor Partnerships Program. The Associate Marketing Manager, Vendor Partnerships Program will support all vendor marketing programs across Crate and Barrel’s kitchen category as well as wedding and baby registry programs. This role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with Crate’s most valuable partners. This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days in the Northbrook, IL office. A day in the life as an Associate Marketing Manager, Vendor Partnerships Program

Act as daily point of contact for vendor partners across all lines of business

Coordinate cross-functional execution of all vendor activities from content creation through to support across paid advertising, email, organic social, ecom and print channels

Monitor results of vendor activities to ensure success on a daily basis Initiate corrective action to strengthen performance of programs when necessary

Create quarterly external facing performance reports and recaps for each vendor

Support annual planning process from establishing framework to creating necessary documentation / materials

Manage annual program onboarding process including scheduling of meetings, response tracking and coordination of all sign-on details

Oversee program budget and billing

Identify areas of opportunities to maintain innovative programming and uphold best-in-class execution

Develop new opportunities to continue to evolve and strengthen program year over year

Cultivate strong relationships with external partners

What you'll bring to the table

Exceptional communication skill set, includes presentation, written and advanced interpersonal skills including ability to connect with ride range of personalities

Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects at a given time

Identify opportunities to go above and beyond to exceed partner expectations

Demonstrated ability to help grow a program; executing strategy, formulating marketing plans, project managing, analyzing results and coordinating ongoing optimizations and operations

Proven track record for obtaining business results through the development of effective internal relationships across multiple business functions

Proactively looks to improve processes and establish efficiencies

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

3 years relevant Marketing experience, Retail experience is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Previous experience managing client relationships

Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities

Strong attention to detail

Highly collaborative and flexible team player

Resourceful problem solver with a drive for continual improvement

  • Reporting to UL Solutions Chief Information Officer, the IT Director, Vendor Management, is responsible for overseeing the selection, management, and performance of IT vendors and service providers. This role ensures that vendor relationships are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and that vendors deliver high-quality services and products. This role is senior position, as part of the IT Extended Leadership team, to oversee and enable the future vendor management strategy in partnership with UL Solutions’ Sourcing organization and IT leadership. Focused on leading and continuously improving the ITs partnership with key vendors, the leader will also define the strategy, service offerings, and frameworks achieve organization objectives. The leader will collaborate with other IT leaders, across the Transformation & Innovation organization (Digital and Cybersecurity) as well other stakeholders to ensure alignment, drive optimization and improved vendor relationships.
