Minimum 5 years experience working on Gentran, Mainframe(Cobol, JCL), IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Managing a team to provide 24X7 production support with 100 SLA adherence Gentran on Mainframe, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, SSP, SEAS, IBM Control center, Sterling Connect Direct, Perimeter servers.
Interacting with client directors' leadership to provide them regular status updates on various support issues and ongoing infrastructure and development projects as well as the overall performance of the project.
Ensuring client delivery with SLA compliance and Client stakeholder satisfaction.
Governance on various ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management to ensure the quality of the service is attained as per contractual KPI definitions.
Nice to have skills:
Involve in Requirement gathering from Business users for Gentran, Mainframe, and SI technologies.
Provide solutions to the developers to improve the performance of the BPs developed.
