This is a contingent position forecasted for six months.Within this role, you will:Support the delivery of cross vertical aftermarket OIA commitments, with specific focus on delivering benefits of the digitization of service parts, branding, elimination of duplicate parts, new parts governance and clean-up and flexible manufacturingProvide worldwide technical and product support of a variety of aftermarket part projectsCollaborate on parts branding, similar parts searches, cost investigation and 3D printingCommunicate technical information in a concise and accurate mannerIdentify replacements for legacy componentsCreate and manage Change Notices within Teamcenter EngineeringDevelop, maintain and manage a robust plan/process for releasing engineering drawingsRequired Skills/Experience:Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum3+ years of relevant work experience in design and manufacturingDemonstrated people skills - excellent teamwork and communication skillsDemonstrated organization skillsExperience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong customer focus and initiative with the ability to work in a dynamic team environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsProduct design experience utilizing Creo and Teamcenter Engineering along with engineering standards and specificationsFamiliarity with Change Notices, Global Engineering Change workflow process, Teamcenter Engineering and releasing drawingsMust have the ability to learn and do statistical analysis This position is located in Morton, IL. Candidates must be able to relocate to this location at their own expense. Must be available to work on W2 for Volt.
