This is a contingent position forecasted for 6 months. Within this role, you will:Review application data sheets (ADS) and ensure the bare chassis trucks are sold to approved customer applicationsPartner with other teams and ensure the OEM requirements are loaded and delivered in the machine NPIsMaintain the sales configurations and price listsDraft and work with the marketing team to publish the appropriate application guides and technical data sheets for all new trucks by GW6Support OEM customers by providing technical data and technical support throughout the OEM design processReview machine requests and approve the machines for the OEM applicationsProvide technical information and technical support to OEM customersCreate and maintain OEM Machine Application GuidesRequired Skills/Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Ag Engineering)10+ years of progressive engineering experience5+ years of experience in machine configuration or systems designAbility to read and understand engineering drawings, 1E specifications, and GD&TCreo/solid modeling experienceStrong technical background in machine systems, powertrain, and machine electrical or software designStrong networking and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsEmphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks This position will be located in East Peoria, IL. Candidates must be able to relocate at their own expense. Must be available to work on W2 for Volt.
