Duties include but are not limited to:
-Handling incoming and outgoing calls
-Scheduling appointments
-Insurance verification/ treatment plan presentations
-Billing
-answering patient questions
-helping patients with our different payment options
-new and existing patient registration
-maintaining office appearance, ect.
Demonstrating a sound knowledge of service and professionalism while executing the above-mentioned tasks is a must!
