You will anticipate system integration issues ahead of time and resolve them by collaborating across several teams in Cat Digital. You will constantly look for opportunities to improve organizational efficiencies and automate data analysis to identify problems at scale in the CAT Digital Platform Services team.What You Will Do:

Leads Software Integration efforts for complex projects involving over ten scrum teams.

Anticipate system integration gaps ahead and design solutions to mitigate any impact.

Navigates several competing priorities across the organization and leads the team in delivering Software projects efficiently.

Defines efficient processes for Software Quality, Budget Management, and other organizational efficiency goals.

Develops software to automate tracking system quality measurements, delivery commitments, etc.

Leads a team in identifying, documenting, and communicating opportunities for improvement in processes, technology, and people areas. Your strategic thinking and team management skills will be essential in this role.

Measure and track the progress of improvements programmatically in Organizational efficiency and Quality at scale.

Drives the team in delivering the improvement efforts without compromising on the business commitments.

Defines, captures and monitors metrics for multiple functions.

Products and Services:

Oversees integration activities for multiple programs.

Advises colleagues on implementation and operational considerations.

Coaches others on key factors that differentiate offerings from that of competition.

Promotes understanding of multiple product and service groups and their interdependencies.

Change Control:

Identifies errors that occur during change execution and takes action in correcting these errors.

Conducts impact analyses to determine the effect change might have on the status of existing systems.

Prevents unauthorized or unintended deviations in compliance with that of change control policies.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

15+ years of relevant work experience preferred

Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Prior Caterpillar experience working with CAT Digital Helios Platform.

Technical knowledge of software/system integrations, quality and troubleshooting

Previous experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
