Camping World is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to collaborate with other team members to a ssist in generating new content, representing the business to new members, providing customer support and helping connect our members to create new experiences in the RV rental and RV Exchange platforms.What You’ll Do:
Monitors and responds to service requests from RV Renters, Owners, Buyers, and Sellers.
Assists with managing and building owner/renter relationships.
Assists with moderating accounts and RV listings.
Assists in generating site content and support documentation.
Assists with monitoring the platform for UX modifications and makes appropriate recommendations.
Makes recommendations that will enhance owners’ listings.
Attends weekly team meetings and monthly meetings with Operations Manager.
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:
Some college preferred or High School diploma with equivalent combination of experience
A proven track record of customer-focused front-line experience.
Superior written and oral communication skills
High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to travel upon request
Ability to work within a team with ever-changing priorities and evolving processes
A deep understanding of the sharing economy and common practices
An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow a nascent business
This position will require occasional overtime weekend on-call work
General Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
