Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator in the Financial Services industry, based in south metro. In this role, you will have a key role in maintaining our office's efficiency by carrying out various administrative tasks. This includes everything from managing the paperwork processes to handling client agreements and ensuring the smooth running of our office.Responsibilities: Administer contract operations, including printing, mailing, and processing. Handle and maintain client annual agreements. Perform compliance tasks to ensure adherence to regulations. Manage and process employee benefits throughout the year and during benefit renewal time. Ensure the office, kitchen, and mail supplies are ordered and maintained. Carry out general administrative duties like processing mail, answering the phone, and greeting clients. Assist other departments by performing tasks as assigned, such as sending electronic documents for signatures. Utilize skills in Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Microsoft Excel to perform tasks efficiently. Manage client relationships, answer queries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required.Requirements Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role within the investment management or similar industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience with data entry tasks Knowledge of billing and invoice processing procedures Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field would be an advantage Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detailRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
