This may include but is not limited to: translating brand strategy to digital initiatives, development of CRM strategy and oversight of execution, website development/updates, paid and organic search management, KPI planning, analytics reporting and ongoing optimizations to digital initiatives.Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) and the unique characteristics of TED patients and their behaviors, drivers, and barriers, as well as the TEPEZZA brand.

Own the ongoing development of consumer digital strategy and tactics for the Ophthalmology business unit by creating exceptional user experiences for the brand leading to the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Define, track, measure and report on all digital KPIs using analytics to optimize and adjust programs as needed for key consumer promotional activities.

Manage branded and unbranded website properties, including:

Updates, new content/tools, and search engine optimizations.

Ensuring alignment on website strategy and optimization and that site designs leverage best practices, brand guidelines and usability guidelines.

Drive optimizations through robust test/learn plans focused on insights pull-though to deliver on KPI goals.

Manage branded and unbranded CRM plans and digital assets for all cadenced email programs.

Provide strategic insight on testing and optimization plans based on performance and user feedback driving engagement of KPI goals.

Manage branded and unbranded organic and paid search streams.

Manage external and internal agencies to meet expected project objectives and hold them accountable to agreed upon budgets, timelines and standards.

Form and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional business partners including Brand Communications, Advocacy, Patient Engagement and HCP Marketing.

Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal reviewers across multiple materials to ensure tactics are aligned with Amgen’s standards.

Stay on top of changing category trends and regularly communicate opportunities and insights.
