Sr. Compliance Analyst

Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst for a project.Joining our project team on a contract basis, you will be responsible for preparing compliance manuals and programs, developing policies, performing due diligence and risk assessments. To be successful in this role, you should possess well-developed interpersonal skills that facilitate tactful interaction with senior-level management and departmental staff.What you get to do every single day

Review industry compliance regulations and policies

Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance

Create and execute new compliance policies and procedures as required

Assess and improve existing compliance policies and related documentation

Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments Requirements - Prior experience as a Compliance Analyst in a related field

Skilled in compliance management software and excellent analytical abilities

Industry-related bachelor's degree required

Must be able to create compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation

Strong understanding of industry compliance requirements and standards

Must be skilled in research and communication
