Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter in Bloomington, Minnesota, United States. The Sr. Recruiter will be part of a manufacturing team. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, from processing applications to onboarding. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to establish the Talent Acquisition process and function from the ground up.Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to pre-employment and onboarding. Use technology and tools to facilitate the recruitment process, including ADP - Financial Services, Business systems, Applicant Track System, Cold Calling, Workday, Workday HCM, Workday HRIS. Create and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities. Build and establish the Talent Acquisition process and function, including reporting and establishing baseline Service Level Agreements. Work closely with hiring leaders as a trusted partner in the recruitment process. Apply a personable approach and strong people skills to establish rapport quickly with candidates. Show strong attention to detail in all tasks, from processing applications to maintaining records. Demonstrate strong follow through in all tasks, ensuring all recruitment activities are completed efficiently and effectively. Utilize natural curiosity to ask good questions and gather information about candidates. Set clear expectations with candidates and hiring leaders about the recruitment process and timelines.Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the Semi-Conductors or Electric Component Manufacturing industry. Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for managing recruitment finances. Strong knowledge of Business systems associated with recruitment and talent acquisition. Prior experience with Applicant Track System for efficiently managing and tracking applicants. Proven track record of successful cold calling to attract potential candidates. Experience with Workday for managing various HR functions. Familiarity with Workday HCM and Workday HRIS for managing and tracking HR data and workflows.
