Responsibilities Recruitment & Coordination (10%) Track & monitor team member applications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with GM’s. Perform weekly/ bi-weekly NTO’s. Assist GM’s with staffing needs. Monitor new team member paperwork.Training Development (20%) Manage training program targeted for all team members. Create materials needed to successfully support and promote training program. Promote training program to appropriate Team Members. Develop evaluation instrument to monitor training program efficiency.Training (50%) Act as the organization’s principal trainer, delivering training to locations. Hands on training team members. Develop new trainings based on need and interest.Support: Pizza Making / Operations (15%) Assist store that is struggling the most with service 2 of 3 weekend days (Fri – Sun) Work with team members on products. Work with team members on service. Work with team members on systems.Event Planning (5%) Assist in planning and coordination of events, gatherings, fundraisers, etc.
