This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).3rd Shift 10 pm to 6:30 am .35 shift differentialEssential Duties and Responsibilities1.Attention to detail and record keeping2.Review and plan for the daily production schedule specific to your position3.Make bases specific to the product quality specifications4.Must be able to drive a fork truck and use a hand truck to move raw materials5.Relieve the Cracker Meal Packer and Line Driver for breaks6.Maintain a clean workspace during production and at the end of the shift7.Reports to the Lead Operator8.Report all Accidents and Near-Misses immediately.9.Report all Maintenance issues to Lead Operator to enter into the Maintenance work order system
