Management Systems Specialist

Description Support the creation, revision and control of document retention and control procedures. Maintains and assists with implementations of an electronic document management system organizationally. Identify and participate in improvement, system enhancements, stability, and upgrade projects (including adherence to established system change control policies). Ensures process safety information, legal documentation, and any regulatory required documentation is accurate, updated, and available to all as needed. Ensure that controlled documents are logged in, prepared, scanned, indexed, revised, and distributed in a timely manner. Prepare mass data/document extraction as needed for project development and/or execution. Maintain records, logs, files, indices, forms, and other documents identified to be placed into controlled inventory.   • The Operations Optional Product Support Specialist will be part of a special unit that will be the single point of contact for customer requests and inquiries for cancelation of optional insurance products. This unit will be solely responsible for both customer contacts concerning cancelations via phone, email, mail, or in-person requests and the back-office processing of insurance cancelation requests.
