For all work, you must supply your vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, smartphone with Wi-Fi, etc. You must be aware of the necessary steps for preservation work, including taking photographs of the property before, during, and after the job is completed. We require a background check and request that all contractors use the mobile apps. We encourage you to carry general liability insurance with errors and omissions. Workers' Compensation insurance is required if you have employees, or provide a letter of exemption.
