Trust In Painting is looking to hire an Estimator/Sales Person to join the painting team. No experience necessary but must be able to follow directions of Trust In Painting's estimate procedure and display yourself professionally to the customer. Your pay will be 10% of the Net Prophet.

I will give you a customer (Lead) that is interested in having an estimate done for painting services. You will give the estimate and if the customer agrees, Trust In Painting will provide the services. When the job is finished you will then receive 10% of the Net Prophet from that job.
