We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician who wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it’s like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or inadequate shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our shop has won the BBB Business of Integrity Torch award and is an AAA-approved service facility. We have doubled our sales in the past four years and recently expanded to add more bays. We currently see approximately 350 cars per month and aim to grow to 450 cars per month.
Pay will vary based on ability and experience, but our A-level technicians usually start at $80k per year, and some make much more.
