I am considering launching a dumpster business and looking for a General Manager to run the day to day of the business.
This person would be responsible for managing the driver(s) as well as sourcing new jobs by interacting with contractors both in person and over the phone. Visits to job sites, hardware stores etc would be necessary to begin to make contacts. I will be actively involved but seeking someone to run the business while I manage the back office.
This leader needs to be an outgoing individual with preferable some experience in the contribution industry but not required.
A generous salary with bonus opportunity as well as partial ownership of the business could be considered for the right individual.
