Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists. As a Customer Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels.

Actively listen to clients, identify their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Provide comprehensive product and service information to clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to effectively address client inquiries and provide proactive support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver's license.

May not have any felony convictions within the preceding 7 years. Successful completion of a criminal history background check is mandatory for employment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build rapport with clients.

Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends, as necessary.
