Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote learning.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
Experience:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners.
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus.
- Background in early childhood education, preschool, or childcare is beneficial.
- Classroom experience or experience working in an educational institution is preferred.
