Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous Administrative Assistant in a central location. Working within our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in handling customer interactions, application processing, and general office tasks.Responsibilities: Organize and manage the accurate records of equipment financing applications, contracts, and client details in our internal databases and CRM systems. Contribute to the loan and lease application process by collecting necessary documents, conducting initial reviews for completeness, and forwarding them to the corresponding teams. Act as the primary touchpoint for client inquiries, whether it's through email, phone, or in-person, ensuring their questions are answered or escalated to the right department when needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings, client appointments, and team events, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are prepared. Oversee general office tasks like drafting correspondence, managing mail, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and filing documents. Aid the sales team by creating proposals, tracking ongoing deals, and generating reports to monitor the status and metrics of applications. Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information, adhering to our company's policies and compliance regulations. Participate in special projects assigned by management, such as audits, training initiatives, or process improvement efforts. Requirements Proven experience in Administrative Assistance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability in ordering and managing office supplies. Familiarity with UPS FedEx for managing shipments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning skills.
