In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to clients, conducting comprehensive intake assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrating comfort in assessing for suicidal thoughts and other risks. Upholding principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), you will ensure that all clients receive personalized care that respects their unique identities and experiences.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.

2 + years of experience required.

Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive assessments, intakes, and providing evidence-based therapy to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Comfort and proficiency in assessing for suicidal thoughts and conducting risk assessments, with the ability to provide crisis intervention and safety planning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of care.

Willingness to undergo background checks and maintain compliance with state regulations for licensed therapists.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including intake interviews and psychosocial evaluations, to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health needs, cultural backgrounds, and strengths.

Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and cultural values, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

Facilitate open and empathetic discussions with clients about suicidal ideation, providing crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, and coordinating care with crisis services and support networks.

Foster a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment that affirms clients' identities, experiences, and perspectives, promoting trust, respect, and collaboration in the therapeutic process.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for clients.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to DEI, trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and other relevant topics to enhance clinical skills and cultural competency.

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development efforts to enhance the delivery of behavioral health services and promote positive outcomes for clients.
