Business Analyst 3 - Remote Location Specific

Description This position is remote, but must be near Columbus, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio, Cincinnati, OhioIndianapolis, IN, Byron Center, MI, Detroit, MI, Flint, MI, Pittsburgh, PA corporate offices. Provides advanced support for assigned business processes and/or systems within a business unit which includes the following:

Researches complex problems and acts independently to resolve

Analyzes existing business processes and/or system functionality and determines technical or procedural improvements and implements changes where possible

Develops and provides documentation/presentations as needed and for training purposes

Provides reporting and analytics

Detailed DescriptionAdministers and monitors operational procedures for services and systems supportedAdministers, monitors and updates assigned business processes for Facilities Management work order systemAdministers new vendor system set ups; completes vendor compliance reviews, executes and updates risk management portal with vendor performance evaluationsDevelops and generates specialized and ad hoc reports via HNB Facilities Management work order software and other sourcesAnalyzes reports, reviews documents and makes recommendations for improvements in processes and/or systems.Provides technical support to business unit, business partners, vendors, and managementProvides on-going training to business unit, business partners, colleagues and vendorsActs as liaison between work order software vendor and process/system usersActs as liaison between various business partners and Facilities Management. Provide reporting and data analysis as requestedCreates reporting for monthly KPI scorecard, business review and corresponding various metricsAssists Corporate Sourcing with RFP’s for various disciplines with site/service data collections and bid analysisReviews completed vendor contracts for accuracyLeadership:Organizes workflow for designated group and/or projectsReviews the work of others and sets team goalsQuality Assurance:Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Follows, or in some cases establishes, as required, effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. Keeps abreast of risk-related changes that may impact assigned work functions and processes.This position is remote, but must be near Columbus, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio, Cincinnati, OhioIndianapolis, IN, Byron Center, MI, Detroit, MI, Flint, MI, Pittsburgh, PA corporate offices. Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

5 or more years of experience real estate and/or facility management

Experience in using MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word)

Experience with data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good analytical and reasoning skills

Detail oriented

Self-starter

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
