THIS OPPORTUNITY:Egis BLN USA, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Central/Southern Indiana Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Practice Leader position. The primary duties of this position will include development and management of all CEI activities throughout Central and Southern Indiana and management/administration of INDOT or Local Public Agency (LPA) road and bridge construction projects.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Leadership of CEI team and management of all Central and Southern Indiana CEI activities.· Management and administration of INDOT and/or LPA road and bridge construction projects.· Coordination and facilitation of project meetings with team members and various project stakeholders.· Recruitment and mentoring of CEI staff throughout assigned area.· Daily oversight of Central/Southern Indiana CEI team, including assigning tasks, reviewing work product, and generating performance appraisals.· Resolution of complex technical and/or contractual project-related issues.· Assisting State and Regional CEI Practice Leaders with identifying and pursuing CEI opportunities.· Assisting State and Regional CEI Practice Leaders with implementation of client development and marketing strategies among existing and prospective clients.· Developing and monitoring project budgets, including regular reporting to State and Regional CEI Practice Leaders· Monitoring subconsultant progress and performance, including review and approval of vendor invoices.
