As a remote employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our student materials. Your primary responsibilities will include copyediting text and ensuring that both text and formatting adhere to our company standards.Key Responsibilities

Review and edit PowerPoints for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and consistency.

Ensure that the text and formatting follow company guidelines and standards.

Work closely with authors, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Participate in virtual meetings and provide updates on the progress of assigned tasks.

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in copyediting and prooing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style is a plus.

This position reports directly to the Director of Courseware

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing for work from home.

The role may require occasional travel for training purposes.

Regular virtual meetings are expected.
