Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role primarily involves data entry and check processing functions. The selected candidate will be tasked with multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities: Accurate and efficient processing of checks Handling special projects as assigned Collaborating with other areas for effective operations Ensuring service level agreements are met consistently Communicating effectively with requestors regarding any issues or questions related to check or fund requests Utilizing 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks Providing exceptional customer service Managing email correspondence professionally Organizing files effectively Performing calculations as needed Operating Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and documentation purposes Efficiently scanning and typing documents. Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Exceptional customer service skills Proven data entry skills and experience Familiarity with organizing files and scanning documents Ability to perform calculations accurately Strong typing skills for efficient data entry Experience in email correspondence and managing professional communication Proficiency in using a 10-key calculator for data entry tasks Ability to maintain a systematic approach in daily tasks and activities High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
