A well-known environmental company is looking to add 2 electricians to their site on the west side. One must have 4 plus years experience while one can have have at least 2 years experience. This is an opportunity to build a career with a great company. Responsibilities within this role will consist of Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electrical devices and systems. This position will be at one location on the west side of Indianapolis.Essential Functions and Responsibilities· Troubleshoots and repairs electrical and electronic equipment such as motors, switches, timers, transformer, and power rectifiers and photoelectric sensors.· Operates equipment and tools to complete such work as cutting, threading, bending conduit, removing, and replacing conduit and fittings and junction boxes.· Installs and connects distribution and utilization equipment components; ensures safety codes and national electric codes are met prior to installation.· Draws, reads, and interprets electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.· Performs monthly/weekly calibrations as required by regulatory agencies.Experience· Minimum 2 year of electrical experience with troubleshooting experience. (Willing to Train)· Experienced Commercial, industrial electrician is accepted as wellShift· Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (4 year) / Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 5:00am (2 years)· Rotating on call schedule but most issues can be done on the phone or take minimal time.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
