Starting in 2027 and through completion of the project, a full-time presence will be requiredOverview:We are seeking a skilled Hardware Program Lead to set up and manage the hardware program for a large-scale pharmaceutical automation project. In this role, you will work closely with engineering firms and internal teams to oversee hardware design, development, and testing.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reference architectures for DCS and PLC systems.
Provide guidance on control panel design and collaborate on automation network design.
Oversee automation hardware components, design requirements, and specifications.
Maintain hardware design standards, testing templates, and verification procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware integration with program components.
Provide technical support and perform evaluations of hardware suppliers.
Witness and verify Hardware Factory Acceptance Tests.
Develop and oversee hardware qualification strategies for automation equipment.
Communicate progress and challenges to the Program Automation Leader.
Requirements:
Bachelor"s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with DeltaV DCS and Rockwell PLC architectures.
Proven experience in large automation projects, with leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and computer system validation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact across disciplines.
