Description The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a healthcare organization to add an HR Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent office and communication skills. This is a contract only position. HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmResponsibilities for the position include the following:
Recruit and screen qualified candidates for positions, primarily utilizing Indeed and the company's internal system (allure).
Conduct thorough background checks and verify all necessary credentials (e.g., licenses, certifications, CPR/TB tests) to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Manage the onboarding process, including conducting initial orientation sessions, providing information on company policies, and explaining payroll/benefits options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the allure system, ensuring timely renewals of licenses and certifications.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering employee inquiries, assisting with data entry, and other general HR tasks.
Requirements
Must have High School diploma or GED
Experience in Allora and MS Office Suite
Prior experience in home health in HR is preferred
Strong communication skills
