OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring anICAM Managerto support our newly awarded customer contract. This position will be fully remote within the United States.Responsibilities

Responsible for operation, maintenance and development of HUD’s Digital Identity and AccessManagement System (DIAMS), managing 14,000+ employees and contractors, 200+ applications and2,500+ servers.

Develop custom workflows for identity lifecycle management including joiner,mover, leaver and resource request submission, approval and provisioning.

Work as lead modernization of legacy CA/Broadcom IAM platform to SailPoint Identity Governance andAdministration platform.

Lead development of software to interface with the USAccess Credential Management System toupdate identity information, provide pass-through access to the PerSIST BI case managementsystem and synchronize PIV card binding with Active Directory

Work as liason to rovide guidance on CDM initiatives to client and coordinate CDM activities within Peraton andother contractors.

Manage the deployment of the CDM CrowdStrike EDR capability for on-prem and cloud-based serversand provide guidance and support for implementation of the CyberArk Privileged AccessManagement (PAM) capability.

Manage Assessment and Authorization activities to attain the latest DIAMS ATO

QualificationsBachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience

12 years of cyber security experience

Clearance Required: Must have an active HUD Public Trust
